Approach Human Resources provides certain services through the Website, including but not limited to allowing you to access documents or reference materials, read news and/or sign up for Our news and notifications (together the “Services”).

1.2 These terms and conditions (the “Terms”) incorporate the Approach Human Resources privacy policy, below. They form a contract between you and Approach Human Resources which governs your access to and use of the Website and the Services whether you are a visitor or a client. The Website and Services are designed to be compliant with applicable UK laws, rules and regulations. Although users outside of the UK may have access to the Website and Services, the information contained on the Website and through the Services is intended only for use by residents of the UK.
